How we work
Every wedding is designed from scratch, so there's no price list or package. Tell us about your day, we send a tailored range estimate, then a detailed design proposal. We book 6 to 12 months ahead for full weddings.
Wedding Flowers Sydney FAQs
We’ve answered the questions we’re asked most by Sydney couples. If you need clarity on anything, just ask us during the enquiry or proposal process - we will guide you! Prefer pictures? Dip into our Real Weddings Portfolio for styling ideas.
How much do wedding flowers cost in Sydney?
Every wedding we design is bespoke, so there's no price list. Your investment depends on guest numbers, the scale of your ceremony and reception designs, installations, the season and your venue's logistics. After your enquiry we send a tailored range estimate, then a detailed proposal. Our guide to wedding flower pricing explains why quotes differ between florists.
How far in advance should we book?
For larger weddings, 6–12 months is ideal. For smaller weddings, 8–12 weeks works. We can sometimes take last-minute bookings subject to availability.
Can you accommodate large-scale or multi-location weddings?
Yes. Since 2014 we’ve delivered complex installations and multi-space events across many Sydney venues, across regional NSW and a couple even overseas! Challenge always accepted :) We’ll be your guiding hand and advise what’s realistic for your venues, timings and spend preferences.
For example, what types of flowers would be suitable for a wedding spanning multiple days versus a ceiling installation and depending on the season will largely differ. We also enjoy working with creative wedding themes that want to do something out of the ordinary or adding non-botanical elements to the mix - we are always up for a creative and unique wedding theme challenge!
Where are you based? Do you deliver and travel?
Our studio & shop are in Northbridge (Lower North Shore). We deliver across Sydney and regularly travel to the Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Hunter & beyond (travel fees apply).
Is setup and pack-down included?
Yes, we always include the relevant logistics involved in your wedding based on your scope, venue access and venue timing requirements.
Do you provide any hire items?
Yes, we have our internal collection of vases, plinths, stands, arches/structures and select candles that are only available to hire for our wedding couples. We’ll recommend the right pieces in your proposal. We can also recommend you other specialist vendors that we've worked with and trust.
How do consultations work?
Start with our enquiry form. If you'd prefer, we can follow up with a quick call or a video call to align on style, scope and budget, then move to a detailed proposal.
